On 30.11.1961 the 2nd Squadron of LTG 62 at Celle AFB was renamed in 1./LTG 63.
So a new Transportation Wing of the German Air Force was born. 1967, during the changings to the new C.160 D Transall, the Wing was moved to Hohn AFB. The Noratlas flew until 1971. |
